How can i fix my problem

Use a VPN proxy or any other method to log into your old instagram account and search there for "terminate my account" or something like this. Then your e-mail will be "free" as new. But only trough a proxy and not a "transparent proxy". For example, use a free VPN
but after you've done the job, change the passwords for your e-mail account. A VPN proxy or a proxy server means always "a man in the middle". But, for your "five minutes job" will be just fine. Good luck !

E-mail accounts are disabled after so much time has past without the user logging in. First try giving email id and then clicking on forgot password option. They will either send you a temp password to get into your account or they will ask you secret questions used when you set up the account.
If that does not work then follow what they say and create account and use the same email and password of the original. It might rez it. Or just make a brand new account and log in once in awhile so it does not become disabled.

If you gave him your password and your username for your email account or for your messenger account then he can log in to your account and change the password to one only he knows. If he can get into your email he can read all your old emails. If you use the same password for multiple accounts, he can keep guessing at what accounts you might have and try the password. Hi. I had a similar problem... it can be fixed! Email facebook and explain what happened. Be patient and persistent.
send email to:

the first email I received back from them (day after I emailed) was generic saying:
"Our records indicate that there is not a disabled account associated with the address you are writing from. If you are referring to another account that has been disabled, please contact us directly from the email address you use to log in to that account..."
Except the email I was using DID belong to my missing account. So I replied with the SAME original message. And detailed what happened to my account.
I received a SECOND response, identical to the first.
I emailed them AGAIN detailing what happened.
FINALLY (about 1 1/2 weeks later) I received this email:
"Hi Chelsey,
Your original account has been reactivated and you should be able to access it now. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any further questions, please visit our Help Center at the following address:
http://www.facebook.com/help.php

First of all, try cleaning the browser's cache.

Below are the following steps that will help you to reactivate your account

1. Log-in with your email and password
2. There will be a red sign that says you have tried to log-in with a deactivated account. They will use your email that you used to register to send a email about reactivation! subject will say-Facebook Reactivation Confirmation

Are you using to access your mail via a network where there is firewall or proxy blocked for accessing hotmails and other mails.

If you got a stand alone machine and internet access please check your security setting and change it to low or medium and check its working
