The input paper tray for the iP1800 is accessed by opening the door / tray in the top of the printer. The door serves as the back support for taller paper. The paper thickness lever below the output roller needs to be adjusted depending on paper thickness. Most papers require that it be kept in the left position.

I do not know where to put paper into the loading tray. dont know where the loading tray is... help!!

You either open the flap in the back and stand the paper up in the slot or you pull out the drawer underneath the front and load paper in that cassette. You also have to select which one you are using with the feed switch.

No paper fed

Pull the paper tray out, then turn the printer on it's side. There is a mechanisim that has some rubber band type grips that pick the paper up. Pull them off, turn them inside out and put them back on. Give it another try.
