You really don't need the serial number of the board in order to replace it, just the model number (and revision level of the laptop). Here are two links that hopefully will help you:
This one is a complete service manual for the Aspire One:

Here is a site that sells replacement motherboards for your laptop:

I hope this response helps you out.
I wish you the very best of luck! If I can help you further, please let me know.

Do you still have the box that it came in? That will have the serial number on the bar code label.
You may also be able to retrieve the serial number by entering the BIOS of the machine. When it starts up, press the F2 key to enter the BIOS. Not all machines have the serial number available in the BIOS (and I'm not certain about your Acer), but this is an easy try to get it. When you're finished in the BIOS, use the "Exit without saving" option so you don't mess anything up ;-)
go to drivermax.com and then download the driver max utility software, it will automatically detect the Hardware and provides links for the relevant drivers. U can download the drivers from there. Hope this solve your issue.
The Laptop serial number should be on the bottom of the laptop computer. If you need some other serial number it would be helpful to know what device the serial number is for.

Dear hs1iar_honda,
tell us more about the specific trouble you're dealing with?
part numbers can be found on the Acer support-site using the computer's serial. There's a section where you enter your computer's serial (see back of bottom of your case) and it'll bring up all the components installed and the corresponding part numbers.
If you're trying to fix a specific problem, please clarify and we might be abled to help you with that!
Kind regards,
-Stephan
