Question about AEG Washing Machines
This washer is in our holiday home and only has done 20 or so washes in it's life. We last used itr a couple of months ago - and today it did it's first wash fine - then on the next one it seemed to get stuck early in its wash cycle. I reset the cycle, switched on & off, and it started and finished fine. We then tried a different wash setting and it stuck again with the Paul/Stop light flashing. Really appreciate any ideas please . Thanks!

I have had the same problem. If you switch the machine to off and then to cotton/linen 95, then press at the same time prewash, soaking, qick wash and stain buttons for 10 seconds switch it off. When I switched it on it worked.

The reason the machine is coming up with E20 when drying.
is that there is a blockage of fluff in the dryer air duct on the right hand side of the machine just below the fan unit.
the air that goes through this duct is heated and returns back to the tub to dry the clothes. because there is a blockage in this duct the fan pushes air up the pressure switch tubes and fools the machine in to thinking that there is too much water in the drum,
too remove this blockage you have to disconnect the power supply, remove the lid and remove the back panel, 4 screws at the bottom + 4 up top under the lid. plull the water pipe with the valve out of the way and pull back panel away.
you should now see the dryer condensor unit blocked up with fluff. remove this unit and clean with bottle brush.
replace and make sure hoses are done up tight. replace back panel and lid, try again on drying and things should be alot better, drying should be alot quicker as well.

Moister can get in between the contacts,is it in a high moister environment? Try using a hair dryer on the panel to dry it out. Also unplug it to reset.
