Yes, you can unscrew it (if it be unscrewed/open) then let the inside dry...

that prob appened to my phone (not mobile phone) and it was okay..

im not so sure if it works for other devices, but if it doesnt work, bring it to a tech to fix it...

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Dropped in soapy water it worked. Did it again stopped working. Can it be fixed. Tried the rice method.

If dried out and still not working it is not worth fixing, even if possible - cost is probably under $50 new, less used.

Accidently dropped ipod touch in a bowl of water.

Well, how long ago was it in water, and how long was it in the water itself? I dropped an MP3 one time in water, and it took a LONG time to dry out, even then.. the MP3 did NOT work properly ever agian. There was many glitches with it. You may be dry out of luck with this.

On button light is on but unit is not working at all

This happened to me and I mildly freaked out. Plug the Zen into the "mains adapter" (charger) and push the restart button with a paperclip or something like that. You won't lose your music or anything.
