Question about Sharp Office Equipment & Supplies
Remove and, reseat the toner cartridge then restart
Posted on Sep 10, 2009
Thanks for using FixYa. Error code F2 is toner error. Make sure all the packing tape was removed from the toner. Try to reseat the toner & check. Also check for difference between versions of cartridges. On the rear side of the toner cartridge there is a plug-in sensor fixed with 2 screws. Try to replace it with the one on the previous cartridge. It can also be due to a faulty toner motor.
Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.
