How do i fix my scrollomg problems!

Wireless Keyboard-Mouse (890552559985) is not listed anywhere as an actual model number so it's hard to say what it even looks like.

Is it a "scroll wheel" in the middle of the mouse? Are you sure it's not the properties or configuration of the mouse in Windows Control Panel?

If you can take a mouse apart, rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip rubbed on sensors as well as a wheel could help.

Probook 6470b is there any kind of illumination? So you can work in darkness. Not the illuminated keyboard... I know I don't have that option.

If it has a Fn button on the bottom left of the keyboard next to the Ctrl key, press the Fn button and hold down, then press the arrow keys left or right while holding down the Fn key.

Some keys are not responding on laptop keyboard but those are on usb keyboard

Here is what I would do to solve the matter completely I think your going to agree with me on this since you already mentioned it. I do not believe it is the software because you were using it fine before this happened.
I have replaced a lot of laptop keyboards with the same issue and no matter what I tried to get them working without a replacement I failed once I replaced the keyboard problems were gone. It is an electrical mechanical device and things happen as you already know. I was not much help but at least a try at it. John

My hp250 is in safemode . dont know what to do ? please help me thankz

During the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup
Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS you can load failsafe defaults or load optimized defaults ,press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart
or
During the boot process tap the f8 button three times this will boot into safe mode where the only things working will be your mouse and keyboard enabling you to attempt to repair your computer
Also you might try
Turn Off the computer, now as soon as you hit the power button, keep on holding "Alt" key & keep on tapping "F10 key,ie: Alt+F10, it will open the recovery console ,select full factory restore and follow on screen instruction. (Note:this will erase all datas on the computer)
hope this helps

Keyboard space button does not work, nor in Bios

If the keyboard is not working properly, first try a USB keyboard as it may be a driver issue.
If the USB keyboard works, you probably need a replacement keyboard.
Have a browse in ebay for keyboards.
