Question about Sony CDX-454RF 10-Disc CD Changer
My car battery died and when i put in a new battery my 10 disc sony cd player does not work anymore. I have changed my battery before and it never did this. what can i do?
If your radio is still working, then your power is OK. The Sony CD changer gets its power from the Sony Unilink cable. It is possible that it passed a power spike down to your CD player while hooking up your battery cables.
I just had a CDX-757MX just die a few days ago myself. My radio, amps, and other changers are still working. Could be an unfortunate coincidence.
