I had 2 replacements of my phone and I think the problem could be a manafacturers fault, depending on how long you have had it I would recommend taking it back to the place of purchase (should be repaired for free if it has not been damaged in anyway).
hello friend , sure u can unlock ur phone and that too for free!! just contact ur orerator and they will do that .. u can call the cusomer care and tell them that u r going back and ur flight is after 2 days !! . it is a law that the operator has to unlock the phone after 6 months when asked by the owner .. othrewise u can sue them/!!!!!!!!!
