Question about Washing Machines
F 05 means that your pump is blocked .
If you look at the front of your washer and look at the bottom you will see a kick plate running along the bottom of your washer . take this off by gently pulling it towards you.
You will then see on the right hand side a black round cap. unscrew this but becareful because water will come out so get a tray or a bowl ready. When this cap is unscewed look into the hole and you should see eaither the blokage or a small fan. If there is no blokage try turning the fan with your finger but makesure that the washer is UNPLUGGED. If it rotates freely and thereis no blockage then your pump will need replacing

An F-05 error message means that the pressure switch is jammed on empty
or a problem with pump.
The fault is associated with drain out (pump blocked or restricted in some way).
Small panel at rear of machine reveals the pump, pull of the two pipes (Plastic clips hard to get off, slide them sideways), remove wire and unclip pump from base of machine by lifting locking tab and sliding to the left, pump can then easily be cleaned.
