Hi
An oven is a standard piece of equipment in the kitchen of a home or apartment. Often, the original instructions for operating and cleaning the oven have been lost or are not included with the lease of an apartment or purchase of a pre-owned home. To get the most use out of your oven and keep it functioning properly, it is important to know how to use it.
Adjust the racks to the desired position. Some Frigidaire models feature heating elements on the top of the oven while others are located on the bottom. Generally, moving your dish farther away from the heating source will result in a slower cooking time or reduced browning. Choose the desired oven temperature and set by turning the temperature knob or manual punching in the numbers followed by the "Enter" or "Start" button. Allow the oven to pre-heat before placing dishes into the oven to bake.

How to use..

Open the door while standing to the side of the oven. Standing directly in front can result in burns from the hot air. Wearing a dry oven mitt, place pans onto the desired oven rack. If baking more than one dish, stagger the pans on different racks, so that one is not directly on top of the other. This will help ensure even heating. Close the door and set the timer, using the numeric key pad or up-and-down arrows followed by the "Start" or "Enter" button. If you want to encourage additional browning on top of the dish, set the oven to "Broil" after the dish has cooked through. Monitor the dish carefully, as food can burn quickly. Remove the dish when completed using dry oven mitts, and turn off the oven.

How to Clean..

Do not attempt to clean the oven until it has cooled completely. The oven's exterior and the interior frame can be cleaned using a sponge dampened with hot water and dish detergent. The glass portion of the door may be cleaned with paper towels and glass cleaner. For ease of cleaning, wipe spills as soon as possible after they occur. Wait until the oven has cooled and then clean using the sponge method. If this does not work, a spray-on oven cleaner can be used, according to the manufacturer's directions for a manual cleaning oven, or for a self-cleaning oven, push the self-cleaning button and allow the oven to cycle through the automatic cleaning, usually about 1 hour. Never scrub the rubber seal around the over door, as this can lead to deterioration and prevent the oven from sealing properly.

hope you will be helpfull
