Yes, you can. You just need to add a profile setting and then select the paper size 216mm x 356mm. You must change "flatbed: option to "feeder scan" and then place your document in the feeder, not on the glass.

The Maximum scan size from glass is 216 x 297 mm (8.5 x 11.4 inches)
