Question about InFocus IN72 Multimedia Projector
I started using hdmi cable and next day my projector wotn start.. when i hit the power button it was on but the light dissappeared and it wont start.. could this be a fuse problem.. ?
I have an infocus lp70+ it turns on and displays an image for about 2 seconds even if you push the menu button, then the bulb powers off and it acts like it overheated. It does this when it is clearly not overheating. Please help me, I can be emailed at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Forget about sending to InFocus. It's 400 to fix. The fuse is easy to replace. It is on the middle board under the metal heat sink. They are hard wired in (soldered) and require a soldering iron to fix. Most people just wire in a radio shack replacement fuse holder with a 2 amp fuse. The problem of the blowing fuse seems to be more prominent when the projector is inverted (upside down).
