Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have a Muratec MFX 2830. Even with a new cartridge, it says replace drum cartridge. Is there a way to reset the counter or is there a sensor bad. It will let me fax and get a printed confirmation but it will not let me cpopy or print. The alarm light is lit but I don't know if its because of this or something else and I don't know how to check the alarm.
Any help is welcomed and apreciated.
The drum cartridge is different from the toner cartridge. The drum has reached its life cycle and must be replaced. This is normal for any copier of that class.
The drum is not too expensive and not difficult to replace.
