First make sure you dont have any water in your fuel, and make sure your fuel is making it through your fuel filter, and then on the bottom of your carb you will see a wire going to the bowl, unhook take a 1/2 in wrench and unscrew remove bowl and clean make sure your float is free reinstall everything and it should run, thanks and I hope this helps you

I left gas in the gas tank of my snow blower for a year and now, I could not get to start. What do I do to get it started?

Carbureator has to be rebuilt or replaced, and filter and lines cleaned out.
Don't leave gas inside tank for more than 1 month.
Take to small engine repair shop

Can't start my Toro CCCR 2000 Snow blower.

You may have had no Fuel in the tank, But there may have been residual fuel left in the carburetor. It will need to be cleaned out.
Hope you get it done before the first snow fall.
Good Day.
