Question about NetGear WGR614 Router
This is actually a big problem and so far Brighthouse and Netgear have both failed to help. Called over 30 times with 2 weeks and nothing. I'll list the steps we have made already and please see if you can help. My internet goes off at random times. sometimes lasting 5 hours or 5 minutes depending on what it wants to do.
*Modem connection is fine
*Direct connection between PC and modem works perfectly
*Connection between router and modem seems to connect says brighthouse
*Brighthouse changed Bridge from PC & modem to Router &modem and still failed.
*Reconfigured Router and failed still.
*Reset Router and modem yet still failed
*Tried 2 differents routers and failed same error
*Change IP address and failed still
*Changed Settings to default and Failed
Please help :'(
