Hope you mean the cable is disconnected, and not the outside threaded male connector that came as part of the t-v! if that's broken off, could be complicated to replace. if it's the cable (female, inside threaded- electronics can be a bit sexist at times!) then look at the back for 'cable or antenna in' carefully re-attach the female to the male connector. it can become frustrating to get them aligned properly. make sure the copper wire in the center of the female connector is straight!! so it fits properly!
be patient! if it's a 'push on', makes it easier, but not as secure. if it seems loose, a gentle 'squeeze' with pliers can tighten it up, very gentle!!
good luck!

I have a 2004 chrysler pacifica and only 1 turn signal doesn't work drivers front all others work. Replaced bulbs and still no turn signal. Replaced headlight assembly no good.

Remove the connector from the assembly and probe the light green wire (with white stripe) with an ohmmeter. Hold the other meter lead to ground to see if the wire is shorted. If not, turn the signal on and change your meter to vdc to see if power is coming to the wire. If not, trace the wire back to the bcm to see if the wire is cut. If not, remove the connector from the bcm to see if the terminal is pushed back inside the connector. If not, put the connector back on. With the headlight connector still off, probe the wire terminal at the back of the bcm to see if there is power at the bcm pin with the signal on. If not, replace the bcm.

First disconnect the power and signal cables. Then, open the back of the TV carefully. Lots of screws of different sizes. Remember where each screw goes. You will find flat cable connectors and sockets. Just pull out each connector from socket, blow into the holes to clear any dust. Plug them back one by one.
Then close the back and put the screws on and plug in the power and signals. see if this worked. Lots of times, dust settles in the connectors and if you are in a humid environment, the dust and humidity form a thin layer of insulator enough to block low level signals.

Front right signal and back right stop light not

Hi Anonymous, before diagnosing any turn signal issue make sure the bulb is good and the light fuse has continuity. If no turn signals work the cause could be a faulty turn signal module or the connector going to it, look for corroded, loose, or broken pins/sockets. Contact spray cleaner is great for removing corrosion. If your speedometer does not function properly it will have to be fixed first because your turn signal module gets the data from the speedometer for normal turn signal function. If your front turn signals don't work use a test light to check for power and ground at the bulb socket, then start backtracking the wiring through every wire connector to the turn signal switch/button and check for continuity, go all the way back to the fuse if necessary to find the cause of the malfunction. If your rear turn signals don't work check your rear fender wiring harness connector first for corroded, broken, loose pins/sockets, power, and a good ground, (the harness connector is usually located under the seat on the front of the rear fender) then keep tracing the wiring look for obvious harness damage caused by the rear tire. If you still can't find the malfunction backtrack from the rear fender wiring harness connector. If one side does not work you could have a faulty turn signal switch or module check for continuity. 2008 Honda Nighthawk 250 front turn signal not working

Hi, Anonymous before testing any electrical component in the Turn Signal Light Circuit it is "IMPERATIVE" that you have a fully charged battery of 12.5 volts or more and be able to pass a proper "LOAD" test because your battery may have 12.5 volts or more but little or zero amps causing the battery to be faulty and must be replaced, especially "AGM" batteries, also before diagnosing any turn signal/running light/parking light issue make sure the bulb is good and the light fuse has continuity with a test light. If you have replaced your OEM lights with one or all LED lights you are going to need a load equalizer.
If no turn signals work the cause could be a faulty turn signal module or the connector going to it, look for corroded, loose, or broken pins/sockets. Contact spray cleaner is great for removing corrosion.
If all four turn signals flash at the same time like hazard lights even though you only pressed one turn signal button then you have a LED light in the circuit and need a load equalizer that can be purchased from any motorcycle parts supplier.
If your rear turn signals don't work check your rear fender wiring harness connector first for corroded, broken, loose pins/sockets, power, and a good ground, the harness connector is usually located under the seat on the front of the rear fender then keep tracing the wiring look for obvious harness damage caused by the rear tire.
If you still can't find the malfunction backtrack from the rear fender wiring harness connector.
If one side does not work you could have a faulty turn signal switch or module check for continuity.

Abs lights flash back and forth. They don't turn off. Right turn signal won't flash, bulb tests ok. Right rear turn signal flashes very fast. Left turn signals all normal.

Hi, you could try re-setting the abs. To do this you will need a length of 2amp cable about 500mm long, fix a small crocodile clip to one end, remove seat and search for a three pin blank connector, when you have located this put key in ignition but do not switch on at this point. Bare the end of the wire and insert in CENTRE hole of socket, put croc clip onto a good earth, then press abs button at the same time turn on ignition, count for 30 seconds, let go of abs button, switch off ignition, remove cable, put seat back on. This should reset abs. Sit back and have a beer. Cheers.

How to change front bulbs for turn signal for 1997 Grand Jeep Cherokee

You will need a star screw driver and a phillips screw driver. First locate the screw on the outside between the turn signal lens and the side marker lens, looken that screw. Next, with the hood open, locate a metal piece coming from the turn signal body. That metal piece (about an 1 1/2 inch long) has a star screw. Unscrew it. Pull the turn signal body off its place. Grab the connector with your right hand (thumb and index finger), turn it counter clock wise, about one centimeter. When you feel it loose, just pul gently the connector and it should come out withe the bulb. Replace the bulb and put the conecto back turning it clock wise. Reassemble all again. That should take care of it.

96 Ford Taurus no turn signals or hazards

Take the turn signal lever and jiggle it, a lot. If they start working, the switch is bad. You can also turn on the hazards and take hold of the button and push it left , right , forward and back and see if they start working. If so, replace the turn signal/ hazard switch.
