My Hp m7520cn,no beeps,no Display just fans seems to work

It cannot run without RAM so it beeps. The problem is not in the Ram.
The installation may have gone faulty.
1. Connect it to another monitor first, to see if the problem is not with the monitor.
2. Press F8 on boot and select Safe Mode, or Last Good Configuration.
3. If you have not reformatted the hard drive, try recovering the system from the hidden partition (if there was one).
3. If nothing works, Reboot from Installation or Recovery CD and Choose Repair. But read about Repair option on Microsoft Web Site: Keyword Recovery console for WinXp or Vista.
4. If you cannot repair do a clean install.
5.Or if you want to try something different Install Linux for free.

I have a HP t740a with the same problem (blank screen, long bleeps) and I have replaced 2x 256MB RAM with 1x GB RAM. Do I need a second RAM or is it my monitor or, PCI card (both fans work, they were very dusty, but I've since given them a good clean).
