Question about Belkin N1 Vision Router
My VPN Clint cannot get through the router. I appreciated the "update your firmware" response, but I have the latest firmware for my Belkin and it stll does not work. What should I do?

Don't need to open any ports to do an outward VPN. Just need to update the firmware. Had same issue on a Vista laptop that couldn't get through to my works Cisc VPN although an older XP laptop could albeit with difficulty. Would not register with the Vista. Changed the firmware from the one it came with #17 to current from
Works fine now gets straight through.

You will have to forward VPN ports on the router:
47, 500, 1704 to 1723
