Hello - is this really a free service? If so, wow! I have a Toshiba Satellite Laptop A135 - S4527. is there any way to upgrade or add a better graphics card? Any options to add one externally. If I ad more memory (which I need anyway) can I redistribute it somehow? Currently have: Mobile Intel (R) 945GM Express Chipset Family & the stats are: Total Available Graphics Memory: 251 MB
Dedicated Video Memory: 0 MB
System Video Memory: 64 MB
Shared System Memory: 187 MB
There is a way, yes, but it requires a few tools and no fear as you rip into the laptop case. I could explain this in detail but I'll leave you with this tutorial on the 'HOW-TO' side of things to browse at your leasure:

However, upgrading the RAM will improve speed (if that's what you're really going for). Otherwise, adding a more powerful card may not increase your screen resolution but can add more kick to your gaming experience.
If you're just looking for a little more speed with higher resolution, I'd upgrade the RAM a bit and purchase an external flat screen 1080P 22" monitor that'll plug right into the back of the laptop. It will save you the frustration of possibly damaging the internals of your pc and the disappointment when you realize that the increase in performance isn't worth the risks/effort involved in switching out the cards.
