business.toshiba.com You'll be able to find your drivers there. However, if you don't have a print or print/scan dongle (activator) on your machine, network printing will not work.
try following - download the newest printer driver from http://www.copiers.toshiba.com/support/index.jsp - uninstall current driver - delete port if it is still present - restart the machine - start setup (choose XPS printer driver and PCL printer driver) - setup should offer the machine with IP automatically, if not enter IP manually - print test page - it should be working if not let me know, write in comment what happened
You are trying to print to paper size that is not installed in the machine. Check what paper is installed in the machine then set your software application default paper size to the same value and then print away!
To change paper size setting, press the user function-->user-->drawer.
In order to do network printing using network port (RJ45), u need to make sure printing kit (GM107x) is installed on your machine. It looks like an thumb driver.
But u can also enable the 60 days trial periods in order to try out the network printing.
Does your estudio 250 have the "print option" installed? Most newer Toshiba copiers have the parallel port on the machine, however it has to be enabled by adding a print kit or print option.
In order to print, printer kit need to be added ( a USB dongle ). Then, static IP address need to be configure under the network setting of the MFP. Next, u need to install driver to your client PC. ( There is a cd along with the manual )
This copier must have the latest firmware installed, a print enabler and you must have the latest print driver in order for Vista to be supported. All of this is available from a certified Toshiba dealer. Also, you can check to see if the copier is working by inserting the Cat5 cable to the copier from your network and typing in the IP address (found under the Administrator tab on the touch panel of the copier) into the URL bar of your browser. A web page will pop up showing the machine is active.
