You just need a "Bluetooth Adapter" buy a bluetooth adapter and insert it in your PC's USB port. Windows will automatically detect and install it and then you can use it immeadiately. Just make you phone's bluetooth settings to be VISIBLE so that the devices will see each other in the bluetooth network
