Question about Dell Dimension 4700 PC Desktop
I have a 4700 with a creative x-fi card. The sound worked fine until I installed some MS patches. Now, only after I shutdown computer and unplug it from power I have sound for a little while. Then after some minutes of normal play it fades out fairly fast and won't come back until I shut it down and disconnect from power, then start up.
You need to either
1. uninstall the MS patches.
2. locate the patch which is causing the issue ( you can use, selective login for this)
3. or you can put latest patch from Dell/creative for the creative sound card
