On most of the machines there is a small plastic square plug above the float, if you remove that the float will come out.

Water light not going out, even when full. Not able to make coffee

the water tank has a float inside, the float has a magnet. the machine senses the position of the magnet and indicates water ok/not. sometimes the magnet rusts inside the plastic casing, renders it less magnetic so it wont work. or the float is missing- fell out while you were cleaning the tank. you will need a new magnetic float to fix the problem.

My Saeco Incanto Deluxe keeps giving a message "Fill Water tank" even though the water tank is full. Does not allow me to choose any other options. Please Help.

Your machine has a magnet that floats in the water tank. If the magnet is not floating when you have water in the tank then you need to replace the magnet. You can also try to clean the magnet before replacing. It may be dirty and tends to stick to the water tank.

This is what it looks like. http://www.cerinicoffee.com/item.asp?PID=1318

How to drain coffee machine saeco s-class incanto classic

Subject: How to drain boiler of Saeco Incanto Deluxe
I got an answer from Saeco Customer Service as follows:

-----------------------------------------------------
Good Afternoon,

All you need to do is have the machine turned on and up to temperature. Make sure that you have a full tank of water as well. Make sure the machine is set for hot water, then turn the knob on the side of the machine to start water flow. Once the water is flowing out, remove the water tank and, leaving the knob turned open so that the water that's in the system drains out. Once water stops coming out, close the knob and shut the machine off.
The water is now drained from the system.

Thank You,

Warming (green) lights and the no water (red) light blinking at the same time, and the machine isn't warming up

Check to see if your float is actually floating. There's a device inside the water tank that must float before the machine will think there's water in the tank. I just replaced mine at the local Saeco dealer, it was an inexpensive repair $7. (seven dollars)

Cannot get the machine to work for first time. Power works, water in but no water flowing into machine. Cannot get the circuit loading to work??

Press hot water button and open the knob for about 10 secs, this will prime the machine. Check the emd of the steam wand to make sure it is not blocked.

How do i reset my saeco sclass incanto coffee machine

Hi
If you are talking about the descale light you must let the machine quit on its own. The lights will change. Then do the rinse by replacing the water in the tank and closing and then reopening the steam knob and again letting the machine quit on its own. Again the lights will change. Then repeat the last cycle until all the red lights go away and you only have a green blinking light. Stopping it when it is out of water will only let it continue on with the descale cycle. The pump must quit on its own.

Water is full, but red water light is on and coffee wont come out

Try lifting the water tank and make sure it is pressed along the back of the machine when you put it back in.

Need parts for Incanto S-class (door unit)

Hi,

Go to this site and find a Saeco Service Center near you.

http://www.saeco.com/countrygate/

There are two number on this spare part if it is the spare part in the machine, if it is that on the door you only have one number.

Best regards
/Mirran
