Well when you plug it into a usb port a mass storage device will come up followed by a drive letter you can cut and past your music to the drive letter instead of using the syc option good luck

unless u have the usb cable that comes with the phone or u buy another 1 the only way to get stuff from your phone to your pc is by having a bluetooth device on your pc then pair it with your phone and send the stuff that way,hope this helps

u cant itunes is for only ipods, what u have too do is on limewire(if dont have it donwload at limewire.com)and connect the mp3 to the computer and download the music u want and drag it to the mp3 players flie and u should be set too go..
