Question about AT&T Blackberry Curve 8300 Smartphone
My blackberry will randomly delete all my text messages in my inbox, even if I have no yet read them. This keeps happening so it says I have 26 unread text messages that I cannot retrieve. Sometimes I can see the text in my inbox but I cannot open it.
Blackberrys have something called a low memory manager, which deletes things in order of importance when the device memory is too low. Here is a very helpful link explaining it and how to check the device memory.http://my.simmons.edu/technology/helpdesk/pdf/Blackberry_Low_Memory_Manager.pdf
If you are saving pictures or have a large application you have downloaded you may want to transfer/remove them.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
