Hi, You just need to plug the device to the USB port on your computer and a new icon for your flash drive will appear in the My computer folder. You can use that as any other normal drive on the computer.

Let me know if you need any further help

Just plug it in to usb and let the computer install the drivers(it does this automatically) after a minute, it will let you know that the device is ready to use. if you want documentation...it should have come with it, if not ...here is the link for it. it is in .pdf format. use adobe reader to open file. >>>> http://www.kingston.com/Flash_Memory_Guide
you can also format it to NTFS if you intend to move large files with it as FAT32 systems only allow upto 4GB and no more....i do hope this has helped.

Try it in some other computer. If it still has a problem, take it back to where you bought it, and exercise the warranty to get it replaced.
