Question about Amazon Kindle DX
Try holding the on-off switch to the right side ('on") for at least 30 seconds, then releasing. This is the latest procedure for a "hard reboot." If this fails, you may have a bad connection somewhere inside. Contact Amazon customer support (the number is on the website) and they will probably tell you they'll replace the unit. (They send you a new Kindle, you use the same packaging and the enclosed label to send the old one back.)
