I just got a Digital Keychain and when i tried to download the software a message came up and said that there was no photoviewer and the program was terminated. I don't know how to fix it and would really like to use my keychain. THANKS in advance for any help.

- Ok the software downloaded fine and is opening but there is another message popping up that says I have to install the device, but the device is not showing up on my computer. Does it not work on the Vista Operating System?Best Solution

06. I am having problems installing the driver using Windows Vista.
The drivers for Windows Vista are available via direct download from the Microsoft webpage. Connect your keychain to your computer via USB, and follow the directions to search online for drivers.
Basically, plug it in and have Vista fetch the drivers from the Microsoft site itself.
