Are you sure its the power cord?you should be able to pick one up at bestbuy or radio shack.Take the old one with you to make sure you are getting the correct wattage etc.

I've been searching for a replacement as well. I found the specs on the original cord at the following site.

12V, 2A, positive inner post, 2.5 inner diameter (ID) and 5.5 outer diameter (OD).
I don't think I would buy the exact replacement ADP brand fom the site above. Many have complained about it failing at the 2-yr point. I am considering the following replacement from the same website.

NOTE: the input AC voltage range is different on this one, but it should still work in the USA.
