Question about Cooktops
Purchased 30'' induction cooktop stove to replace old electric 30'' cooktop. The cabinet is 30'' wide the old hole was 26 1/2'' the hole needs to be widened to 29 1/2''. There is a wood frame underneath the countertop that borders the edge of the cabinet on each side. Is it safe to cut out the wood frame? The top is a laminate over particle type board what is best to cut it with?
Its ok to cut the laminate using the wood saw to fix the new one.be careful to cut the laminate.
