Question about HP Scanjet G3010 Flatbed Scanner
Scanner software CD failed to install, and I was directed to download a new version HP Scanjet Full Feature Software and Driver. Tried to install, failed again and was directed to follow the directions at http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&custom_solutionid=bm67093786&docname=c01453071 All I got was another failed install and loss of access to my printer.
Are you an Admin user on the computer?
What operating system are you using? XP, Vista, ???
