When i turn on my stereo,OCER pops up on my screen.What does that mean?

It's in protect mode. If you have a reset button, press it, it should be next to the SRC button(very small hole, need a toothpick to press) if it works you're ok. if not unplug speakers one at a time to see if you have a short. good luck
