Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Recommend you a good quality DVR:
Features:
960H
HDMI and VGA video output
Free iPad/iPhone/Android App supporting remote playback (not only remote view); (you can download AAWHD from app store and take a look);
AAWHD support 8 cameras on the same screen
Alarm message email notification with snapshot (when someone move in any selected area and scheduled time, the CCTV will sent you email automatically with onsite snapshot, which is better than alarm because the email with snapshot is free);

Where is the integreated camera snapshots save?

Hi,
What is your OS?
In Windows Vista, 7, 8 usually the snapshots are in the Pictures folder in one more folder which is usually the first. Try using the Last modified filter.

Does the menu in the camera work?
You may need to activate some Postview function in the menu. If the camera takes pictures, you should be able to view them in playback mode. There could also be a Preview mode, which requires pressing OK before storing pictures. Preview/Postview should cancel each other though...

Regardin my mobile's camera..

This unit is shipped with 10 megabytes of memory preinstalled. You can put M2 (Memory Stick Micro) memory sticks into it, and record video, or store snapshots. There must also be adequate lighting for the photographic capabilities to function. It is possible the lens must be opened.

Snapshots problem

Do you have the Veo Digital Studio Application? If so, double click on the icon for it:
1. Click the Take A Snapshot button on launch your Veo camera.
2. Focus/ adjust as necessary. Use the Small, Medium, and Large buttons to select the desired resolution, then click Take a Snapshot.
3. Click:
a) Retake Snapshot - To take another snapshot *if you don't like the one you took*.
b) Click Save- To save your picture. Select the destination folder and rename the picture if desired. If left unchanged, the picture will be save in the default directory C:\Program Files\Veo Digital Studio\Gallery\Photographs.

This is called '"Audio Snap" and allows you to record some audio to accompany your snapshots.

To switch the function off, turn the camera on as if taking pictures, and press the Menu button. On the "Rec" tab,select "Audio Snap" and then the > arrow. Then use the up and down arrows to toggle between on and off.

I had the same problem and had to trawl through the manual on the Casio website. Fairplay to them, it did resolve the issue.
