You'll see tab for downloads, but it says no download is available. On the "What's in the box" tab it lists a "Digital Camera Solution CD-ROM", but it's possible you won't need this to transfer pictures.
Have you tried connecting the camera to your PC with the USB cable? If you have not tried this it might work. If it does not work then you have a couple options.
1) You can contact Canon to see if you can get a replacement CD with the necessary driver.
2) You can go to Officemax, BestBuy, or Target and buy a media card reader that will work with SD cards. You should be able to find one for under $20. If you go this route, you'll remove your memory card and plug it into the media card reader which plugs into a USB port on your computer.
The download page for software for that model is here: http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&tabact=SupportDetailTabAct&fcategoryid=224&modelid=12956#DownloadDetailAct

I have a Mac OS x and I don't think I have the disk anymore to download the drivers. When I plug my camera into the computer with the USB it turns the screen black, the lights are still green but I can't upload photos.
I think the Installation disc for my Vivitar3695 digital camera must have got thrown out, before I had installed the software on my computer.
Is there away around this, or can anybody please tell me where I can get a replacement - thanks.
Dave
