Question about NEC DTH-8D-1 Corded Phone
WHEN THE PHONE RINGS I ALWAYS HAVE TO PRESS WHAT LINE IS RINGING TO ANSWER THE PHONE. NOW HOW CAN I ANSWER THE PHONE WITHOUT PRESSING ANY BUTTON
It has to do with a program called ringing line preference. Program # 4-11. Check out www.wedophones.com/Manuals/NEC/Electra%20Elite%20IPK%20Programming%20Manual%20-%20Document%20R%204.pdf
If you happen to have an Electra Elite 48, 192 or IPK this manual can show you how to program that feature. Don't take it lightly though, you can jeopardize your system if you do not know what you are doing.
