Xerox M24 Transfer Belt Torn

I have a torn Transfer belt on my Xerox WorkCentere M24
Can someone tell me where i can buy a new transfer belt for a xerox WorkCentre M-24? Xerox isn't helping me on the situation of finding parts and they also wont help me because i don't have a maintenance agreement with them. another question do i have to replace the whole transfer belt unit or can i buy just the transfer belt and replace the torn belt?

Need to replace transfer belt cleaner and 2nd bias transfer roll

Both are probably still good but the HFSI (High Frequency Service Item) counter needs to be reset. Unless something has changed with them that has to be done with the service laptop hooked to machine with a serial cable and using M24 diagnostics.

Error code sc481 for ricoh copier 1232c

This is a "Transfer belt mark detection error" This means the transfer-belt in the PCU is torn or separated where it has a mark that flags a sensor telling the machine where the belt position is, The fix is to replace the entire PCU. 4 Screws that have arrows pointing to them surround the unit facing you when you open the front door will release the unit allowing you to insert a new unit and the code should go away ,, good luck!

Torn transfer belt

quite straight forward, but obviously tricky the first time. Basically take off all the brackets on the top and on the outboard end of the belt assembly there is 2 more brackets screwed onto the side. Remove these (5 screws in total i think) and then release the tension roll (the one that pushes up on the left hand end if uyou have just took the right brackets off. The tension roll can be held in a non tension position while the belt is removed/replaced. Let me know how you get on or for further help

Power Off/On Fatal Error : 917

The 917 fatal error is a belt **** se sensor error. This could be caused by the belt not installed correctly or the belt at the end of its life, or the belt being torn. Please power the printer off and then reseat the transfer belt and then power the printer back on. If the error remains then I will need you to check the life remaining on the transfer belt. Also make sure the transfer belt is not torn.
