You will have to go to the dealership with proof of ownership of the vehicle and the vin number. They will be able to get you the security code needed.

Need the radio code to reset after battery was disconnected.

Afraid there is no radio code as such....the Saab headunit is paired to the car with Saab Tech 2 software.
A dead battery swap shouldnt lose the radio if it was working before you changed the battery.
Have you checked the fuse for the radio?

Hi I changed to battery on my holden barina 1995 and when i turned it back on the radio said code needed and now i need a code . if you could help me out thanks x mary

there are two ways to get the code for that radio --
1. look in the owners manual and see if it is written down in there -- there should be a card in there that has all that info.
if it is not there --
2. you will need to pull the radio out and on the radio case is the radio ID code and with that and the VIN number you will be able to contact the dealer and they will be able to get you the un-lock code.
these are the only ways to get the code, and as soon as you do get the code - write it down inside the owners manual for future reference.

Changed battery on 1999 daewoo leganza and display said to use reset code, why do I find it? I have no manual.

If the car starts and runs OK, disconnect the negative of ground on the battery for about a minute. If the code is still not gone take it to AutoZone or someone to have them scan the car. You might have something else wrong with the car. Good luck.

You are in luck.
There are no security codes in your radio.
Nothing to worry about when you change the 12 v battery.

Radio is locked after the battery went dead

The code should be on a sticker in the outside of the glove box when the glove box is open.

Flashing yellow light when charging

Clean your battery contacts with a pencil eraser and see if this clears up the problem. If not, your batteries may be needing replaced. When batteries get old or are shorting out this is common. Rechargeable 2-way radio batteries have the following life expectancies. NiCd 18-24 months; NiMH 14-18 months; and Li-Ion 12-14 months.
