First locate the air handler.Open the access panel and you will see the evap coil. You will clean the coil in the unit,I use a wire brush and coil/evap cleaner.I dont typically clean the blower but if you must there will be 2 or 3 screws and some electrical that you will need to disconnect.then the blower assembly will slide out and you can clean it outside,Note where you disconnect the electrical connections --good luck!

I have a Goodman Heat pump system Model ARUF061-00A-18 And the Blower wil work in the Heat mode but not in Cooling.

Sounds like a bad relay. Unfortunately that relay is on a circuit board. You can bypass the board, I will help you if it's actually the case. But, to test it, turn power off to unit, on the circuit board you will have a relay(In the indoor unit) on this relay you have three wires, swap the two wires that are right next to each other. You will see 2 wires very close to one another and another off to the side. Swap the 2 that ARE RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER. Turn power back on to unit. This should make the fan run non stop all the time. If it does let me know.

Pieces broke on blower wheel, where can I get and replace? Also need to clean coils. Live in FL, always running.

You will likely need to call the manufacturer with the model number of the indoor unit. To clean coil use a mild soap with machine off. Be sure to rinse coil clean with water to avoid bubbles entering the blower motor upon start up. I use a paintbrush with the bristles cut short for extremely dirty coils. Be sure to brush WITH the fins, NOT side to side.

I have got a gree 60000btu under ceiling unit, the suction pipe is icing up back to compressor its running on 360kPa suction and if I top up the refrigerant it does not change

major causes of evap.freezing dirty coil, evap fan motor or capacitor low on freon.moisture in system. first turn off cooling run fan to completely thaw unit. if possible clean coils and blower wheel. any unit running efficiently the evap coil will be at freezing or below. the key is to have enough airflow across the coil to remove the heat and humidity.its very easy to introduce air and moisture into the system. i have seen alot of techs. over the years make the same mistakes over and over again. when hooking up guages they dont purge the lines back; worst case is only to evacuate freon pull a vacume and recharge

Goodman model PGB036075-1B will start the gas and the burner but will shut down before blowing heat. Is it a bad switch?

Hello, sounds like either a dirty flame sensor or open limit switch. First try cleaning the flame sensor by turning power off to the furnace and using some steel wool. If the flame sensor checks out good then you limit switch is opening becuase of lack of airflow. check air filter, clean blower wheel, and check to make sure the blower wheel is running at proper speed and not dragging sometimes cause by a weak capacitor.

Check sub cooling and super heat. the New ac units are very critical to charge. There is a charging chart on the inside of the cover to the unit outside. Check temp difference across coil. Should be 18 to 22 degress. If you have an ampmeter. Check the heat strips one 5 kw might be stuck.(sequencer). This would cause you not be able to pull down temp. Goodman unit are hard to charge to get the temp difference across coil. Feedback please

Blower squeak! Bearings or Bushings? Can it be greased?

Most elec. fan motors can not be oiled , try holding the blower assembly with the fan running to see if that stops the noise , if it does not you need to replace the evap. fan motor and if the blower wheel is dirty clean it , if there is alot of rust on it replace it as well. Good luck.
