1. If it's "leaking" from the body then, the O-Rings between the body of the faucet got gunked up with minerals from your water. This interferes with the seal.
The answer is to take some grit cloth/very fine sandpaper and clean the inside of the spout body. Wipe clean. I would also suggest replacing the O-Rings on the faucet body, but at the very least wipe the O-rings and faucet body clean.
THEN: lubricate the inside of the spout body AND the O-Rings with silicone grease. It's translucent and readily available and the only thing I would ever use for a faucet repair. NOT plumber's grease, NOT WD-40.
Reassemble and enjoy.

2. If it's dripping, the you need a new cartridge. You can get them for FREE from the hardware store if you have the old cartridge to trade them. The problem is that Moen cartridges are water-sealed into place and you need a special tool to break that water seal. The special tool (just a tiny piece of specifically shaped plastic, really) comes, you guessed it - with the new cartridge.
Two possible solutions: a) bite the bullet and just buy the cartridge (~$25) or buy a Moen cartridge puller, usually available from the hardware store as well for about the same price. Ask, they might even lend you one.
The point of whichever tool you end up with is to rotate the cartridge itself inside the faucet body to break the water seal so that you can pull it out with a set of pliers. There will be a retaining clip to pull out as well.

SOURCE: I cant stop my Moen single lever kitchen faucet

Even Moen faucets can wear out. The first thing you should do is check your warranty. Below is a link to there warranty information.

If the warranty period is over then your going to need to repair it or replace it.
In general, leaks are often caused by a scratched or torn cartridge, o-ring, or grommet. Typically, a cartridge repair kit or replacement o-ring will correct this type of leak so a repair is less costly.

Places like Home Depot, Lowe's or where you originally purchased the faucet should carry a repair ebuild kit. Most times on the back of the package there will be a diagram of the internal parts and how they assemble to help with installation. If not just take you time as you disassemble the faucet. First make sure the water supply has been shut off under the sink. Make sure you have a clean area to place the old pieces for reference. Having something to stack them on in the order they came out will help. Make sure that you check for any small set screws that may be used to lock things in place.
If you do this repair yourself and have any others questions or if you run into problems feel free to ask me for help.
Good luck.

Single handle Spray faucet leaks at it's base, leaking under the kitchen sink

If you still have the receipts from the purchase call Moen directly as they warranty their faucets for life and will send you the replacement parts you need. If you need to purchase replacement parts then you can purchase a Moen single lever repair kit from your local hardware store which should run you around $10. Go the the Moen website and look for your model. They generally have an exploded view of every one of their models that will assist you in dissassembling the tap without any surprises. Reassemble the tap with the new o-rings etc installed and test.

    Handle won't stay up

I did the same thing recently, that is replaced the cartridge on my moen kitchen faucet to stop and leak, and I also have the same problem. I called moen back and they sent me another cartridge that was supposed to fit tighter, I suppose. I just put the new one in and it still wont stay up. I'm going to call moen one more time and then I guess I'll have to buy another faucet, but NOT moen!!! Good luck with yours.

cartridge does not stop that type of leak. If it is leaking from around the base of the spout it is o-rings that are the problem that are onthe valve after you pull the spout all the way off.

Yes, a cartridge will probably solve it. There are two different Moen cartridges so be sure to take the old one with you so you get the correct one.
