Problem for Samsung SGH-D500 Cellular Phone

Forgotton security code for SGH-S400i.

I have forgotton my security code for SGH-S400i. Also I normall unlock phone using *#9998*3323# but it then asks for password to allow access to phone menue. I have tried pressing '3' system reset after using the above code but that does not reset password to 00000000....can anyone help ?
