I turn on my mp3 player and moment the creative lab logo shows uo the logo suddenly scrambles, and four options show up clean up, format all, reload firmware, and reboot. Also It does not shut down when I want it to.
when I connect it to my PC it does not detect the mp3 player. I tried to reboot it and format it, and it still does not work. is the firmware on a RAM or HD? my computer no longer recognizes the player. the mp3 player was dropped, but continued to to work for 3 weeks but now exhibits the above "symptoms".

- I have the same goddamm problem. I'm about to smash this thing with a hammer. Every time I turn it on the screen shows the recovery mode. I try to reboot and it loads the same recovery screen, again and again and again.
