Question about Comdial DSU II (DSUIISW05)
Although I'm not greatly knowledgeable in call processing systems per se, I can suggest to you to restart the entire call processing system (after hours, of course).
Also, I'm curious what happens if you create an entirely new mailbox/extension (31st mailbox), just for testing purposes.
Sounds like the mailbox in question is corrupted, but one would think that recreating the mailbox (as you have done) would resolve the problem.
