One less costly solution would be to purchase Honeywell batteries. It has longer battery life than Symbol/Motorola. The other solution would be to purchase freezer units for the areas that need it the most. MC9090 has an operating temperature -4° to 122° F so you should be fine with the heat situation. I have a Siemens KG..V fridge/freezer - seal

This heat is coming from the mullion heater that wraps around the opening of the freezer and refrigerator door openings. This heater is used to eliminate condensation forming around this area. If you have a moisture switch or summer/winter switch, set it to the off or winter position. This should turn the heater off.

What size coil fits this

The 70 stands for 70,000 btu and the 16 stands for 1600 cfm.. Air conditioning requires 400 cfm per ton, so the blower is capable of delivering enough air for a 4 ton a/c unit. However, the blower is is amultispeed and has a 'blower chart' in the manual that will give you an idea of air flow delivered on all 4 (usually) speeds. You wouldn't want to deliver 4 tons of air across a 3 ton coil. That would effect the temperature drop across the coil and also effect humidity removal.

4 tons of a/c is a considerable amount of cooling, so unless you have a large space or extremely high average summertime temps, I would ask a local contractor to do a heat load calculation to properly match a system to your specific needs.

Every area has a 'design temp' around which a system should be designed. Here in the St Louis area, the design temp for the winter is 5 degrees and for the summer its 95 degrees.

70,000 btu in gas equates to 20 kw in electric heat for what its worth.

Wondering what type of oil to use for winter between 5 - 7 degrees Celsius

The Virago uses 20W-50 oil in warm weather. If you ask any bike shop they will recommend moving to a 10W-40 in cold weather down to about 30ish F, and if you plan on riding down to extreme temps of about 20F and below, then a 5W-30 or 5W-40 is recommended. For the 5-7C temps you list, you could really just use the same oil you use for summer. Just take a little extra time in letting the bike warm up and don't ride it hard the first couple of miles to let the oil come up to full temp. If you prefer to err on the side of caution, then use the 10W-40 oil. I had a Yamaha 650 Classic and I used 20W-50 year round and never had issues as long as I made sure to warm it up properly first.

How often do i need to replace my fuel filter?

SIMPLE MAINT SCHEDULE , IS CHANGING IT ONCE A YEAR, but it depends where you live, If this truck is a diesel & you live in a northern climate, change your filter once a year but not until you know for ceretain that you are buying winter grade fuel, ie: nov
Reason for this is that there will be wax/parafin build up in the filter that your ran on the summer fuel, it can congeal in the filter in winter becasue of this build up. If you replace the filter in late autumn, then tat filter will not have a congeal problem because the there hasnt been anything but winter grade fuel through it, , and its safe to run all next summer , but the summers residue will cause problems next winter , so change again in late autumn .

Sounds like a stuck thermostat. The thermostat cycles open and closed in order to maintain a temperature range, some cars with very sensitive gauges reflect this opening and closing, but most cars have gauges that are somewhat less responsive in order to keep people from thinking something is wrong. I would defineately replace the thermostat and flush the cooling system, replacing the fluid with fresh.

It is your radiator. Too stopped up for a flush to do any good. Cooler temps in the winter will keep it cooling better versus hot summer temps.
