If it has a timer of any description, make sure it is set to manual, refer to your instruction book.

HI, you oven temp sensor if malfunctioning. the circuit is open. its basically dead. Check sensor harness and harness connection between oven sensor and oven control. Replace oven temperature sensor (RTD) if wiring is ok.

I have a frigidaire wall oven showing E r r f1 what is wrong no manual

Typically error code F1 could indicate a variety of issues. The wall oven could possibly have a runaway temp (higher than normal temps), shorted keypad, faulty EOC (Electronic Oven Control) or, display wire harness missing/not connected. Usually, this code means to replace the EOC. You may be able to reset the wall oven by disconnecting the power to the unit for up ten minutes. Usually this will clear most false error codes. You can disconnect power by either unplugging the unit or flipping the circuit breaker off and back on. If resetting the unit proves to be ineffective, I would recommend contacting a professional to move forward accurately

I had the oven on 350 for 45 min. baking potatoes and then the oven beeped twice and F1 showed up on the screen where it had said 350 so I turned the oven off and the time then showed on the screen. ...

The manual says error code "F1" means a problem occurred in the circuitry and suggests pressing "CLEAR" to reset it. If the problem persists, contact a repair guy.
See page 19: http://manuals.frigidaire.com/prodinfo_pdf/Springfield/316257104en.pdf
"This oven is equipped with a state of the art electronic oven control. Among its many features is a full time oven circuit diagnostics system. The control constantly monitors its internal circuitry as well as several crucial oven circuits to insure they are all operating correctly. If at any time one of these systems fails, the control will immediately stop operation, and beep continuously (flashing an error code of F1, F3 or F9 in the display window, if equipped). Electronic control has detected a fault condition. Press CLEAR to clear the display and stop the beeping. Reprogram oven. If fault recurs, record fault number, press CLEAR and contact an authorized servicer."

F1 ERROR

Hi. This (f-1) code represents a failed oven control board. Have this damaged board replaced asap, if possible. It has failed. Possible logic chip set failure.
