Turn the power off and leave for 5-10 minutes then turn on. This should release the door lock the problem could be the pump drain filter is blocked clean this and it should resolve future problems.

Indesit wd 125. Wash cycle had finished, door lock was off but

Unplug machine, take lid off and locate the door lock. You will have to use a small screwdriver or something to release the lock. Then replace your door handle.

The wash is finished but the door will not open?

You door switch is most likely faulty.

Open the drain filter door in the bottom corner of the machine. See if you can locate a lever or ring to pull down. This will manually release the door.

Door will not open on my WM1480FHD after wash

Hi ii_goldie,What about the RINSE cycle... maybe the washer knows the "full cycle" is NOT finished.

The washer will display DONE... and make the door available to you. If not the cycle may not be finished. OR, turn it off, however, DON'T open the door if your machine has not drained all the water out, allow the system to finish.

Can not open the door after cycle is finished

i think you are talking about a front loading machine, have you waited for at least 3 mins before opening the door?

these types of washing machines locks the door in order to run. but after a cycle is finished, the door would not open right away, there is a delay on opening the door.

let me know what happened,

tnx 4 using fixya,

A problem with my Bosch washing machine

It usually takes 2 minutes after the wash to open the door; do not force the door. Doesn't matter if the active light is on. Just try.
