This just started today that i can't see my sent items. i have tried to fix this by powering off the phone. i have also tried to go to messages, settings auto save & auto erase and they are both set as "OFF" (i have also marked these as "ON" (just to see what happens) and it still won't let me view messages that i have sent.
so please let me know if there is another way to view them. the LG Voyager phone i have doesn't have an out box.

Hi, please delete the unsent or sent Pictures messages stored in the Sent items of your phone in order to send more picture messages. When the phone Memory becomes full the phone cannot store anymore picture messages to send. Hence please delete the pictures messages (MMS) in the sent items of Multimedia Message Sent items.
You dont have the options of sent items in samsung phone. All you can do is to select the option 'save and send' while sending the message and then you can see your sent items in saved messages folder. Thank you.
Reason of this Problem:
Actually it happens due to mem full in Sent Items with Pending Status.
Just delete one message from Sent Items.
Better if you delete all messages from your Sent Items, as you will face again this problem if again Sent Items fulls with messages having status Pending.
