I have a Royal Sovereign ARP-9411 Air Conditioner that is not cooling. On the display it says 14. I have tried to drain the water from the unit, make sure that the drain was correct, clean the filter and...

Not familiar with that particular unit, but some units have a float switch in the trap of the drain plumbing (to protect against condensate overflow). Upon a blockage the switch cuts off power to the unit. This switch can be bypassed, at least for testing if you don't have an ohmmeter. If there is a switch, just remove from the switch from the circuit and connect back the wires without the switch. switches are connected in series, power goes in one end and comes out the other.

The e3 light is on and its not cooling just fanning

The E3 error code, indicates that the water in the collection tank is full and needs to be emptied.
Turn the unit OFF & unplug it, before attempting to drain the tank. Once that is completed, the unit should operate as designed.

Hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.

Unit stopped, displayed E4

the unit is not draining properly. unplug it from the current outlet, check behind there should be two places to drain the machine. unplug the two drain plugs in the back and let the water empty out. the e4 error message comes up when the unit is filling up with water.

Just bought a 12000 btu standing air condition. Plugged it in and water light comes on . Took out drain plug to check water, no water. light keeps blinking. checked reset and test, light still blinks....

I checked your Owner's Manual and according to it, you have done all the right things. I will suggest one other thing. Turn the unit OFF and unplug it for 15 minutes. Then plug it back in and turn the ON/OFF Switch to ON. During that 15 minute timeout, the electronics should have reset and reverted back to the original factory settings. If it did, the full light should not come ON. If it does, contact Royal Sovereign Customer Support (in the USA) 1-800-397-1025. In Canada 1- 866- 961-6673.

I hope this helps you and thanks for choosing FixYa.

The water drain plug is located on the rear. On the bottom left edge next to the cord keeper. You'll need a pan that will fit under the drain hole, before you unscrew the drain plug. Which has a plastic handle.

Hope this helped you. Please let me know. Thanks
