The red light is a paper jam, the orange light next to it is the ink. You should remove the back panel on the printer, or duplexer if you have one. Then check for paper or obstructions in the back around the two large black wheels. Remove the paper and look for a jam underneath. If you can't find any jams, remove the ink; clean the carriage and cartridges thoroughly, and reinstall them.
