  1. Remove battery.
  2. Remove memory.
  3. look at the side of the memory at the top left side and locate the little brassy coloured dots with the lettering JRST1 at the side (jumper reset 1).
  4. Touch something metal across them for a few seconds.
  5. thank me because no where on this stupid internet has anyone got a solution to this and I had to find it out on myself.
Good luck, Bowling Crony.

You need to open the back cover then locate the CMOS battery on the motherboard then remove it and reinsert then it will reset the BIOS password....

Second-hand recommendation:
Unplug everything from the laptop, and take out the battery. Hold down the power button for 20 seconds, then plug everything back in and turn it on. It should reset the CMOS for most Toshibas.

The BIOS password maybe able to be removed provided this laptop had a LPT printer port.

Toshiba satellite pro l 350 bios password reset

This is the ONLY other way, save paying Toshiba and filling in proof of ownership forms.
The BIOS password is removed by the BIOS configuration, you need the BIOS password to get into the BIOS configuration. But if you do not have the BIOS password then you need to construct this dongle device.
TOSHIBA BIOS PASSWORD DONGLE
You can build a dongle that plugs into the printer port.Purchase a 25 pin male D sub connector and solder insulated wires to the various pins as listed below. The pins are numbered on the connector
http://www.tilman.de/sonstiges/toshiba/dongle1.jpg this is a picture of the finished dongle

Wire the pins as follows :-1-5-10, 2-11, 3-17, 4-12, 6-16, 7-13, 8-14, 9-15
Plug the finished dongle in the printer port and power up the laptop. The password will be reset, go into the BIOS configuration to check the BIOS password, you may have to disable the BIOS password.
